Is there a maltster that sells millet malt by the pound online yet? I want to try my hand at GF brewing and millet is the grain I want to try first. If ready made malt isn't available I'm not against malting it myself, but how can I tell if the grain I'm buying will germinate? Are there well known brands that are not treated with heat and pesticide that will germinate?

I have had the best luck with Grouse malted millet. It comes in many different roast. I have tended to have mixed results with both at times, but that may be more user error.
