I was going to bake the Therminator in the over on "oven clean" to burn out any residue that is trapped inside, but I want to make sure this won't damage the unit. Anybody know if this is safe or recommended?
Is it safe to put the Therminator in the oven?

I've heard a number of people say that they do this exact thing to clean their plate chillers. I don't have one myself, so no direct experience.

I've done it once with no issue...But I believe Blichmann suggests NOT doing it.
