I need some veteran comparisons of wyeast's two bavarian species, 3056 and 3638. Anyone out there have experience with either of these, or perhaps even both?? THANKS

3068 is my fave for a hefe. Better than WL400 in my opinion.
 
the description of 3068 seems to focus on the clove spiciness, is there any fruity/banana esters going on with this in your guys' experience?? I'm a huge Konig Ludwig royal bavarian fan, and would be happy to even get in the same ball park
