I'm about to order my first real brew kit but it does not come with a thermometer. I was wondering which type is best for a beginning brewer, digital, dial, or floating. I'm looking to spend $15 max. I know temperature is very important in the brewing process but am I over thinking this? Recommendations are appreciated.
