Can someone please link me to a good Coffee Oatmeal Stout - (partial Mash or mini mash)

Thanks

Alright... need some observation/thoughts/theories...

Partial Mash - 5g

8oz - Chocolate Malt
8oz - Roasted Barley
4oz - Black (patent) Malt

10lb - Amber Dry Extract @ 60min
40z - Maltodextrin @ 60min

4oz Northern Brew @ 15min
2oz Willamette @ 1min
6oz Coca Powder @ 0min
16oz Coffee (ground) @ 0min

White Labs Super High Gravity Ale (WLP099)

Any thoughts?? theories? Subtractions/additions?

Do your cocoa at 10min so it gets mixed in a melted better. Your hops look more like a hop burst IPA. If you do a First Wort Hop you get a smooth bittering that tastes like a 20 min add.

I've never done extract so I'm unsure about the grain bill. But I think you could cut the black malt and just use more roasted barley and chocolate.

I do my cocoa powder at the start of the boil so it has lots of time to churn up and do it's thing. Has always worked great for me.

Rather than putting coffee in the boil, you might try cold brewing the coffee over night in the fridge, straining out the grounds and adding that to the wort at the end of the boil.
