I decided that I'm going to try my hand at making some cider this year. I have been doing alot of reading about cider and found a few threads that had mention of dishwasher pasteurization by running on the sanitize cycle. Is this a realistic option? I would like a sweeter cider, and possibly bottle carb. The stove top method doesn't seem too bad, but the dishwasher method seems alot easier.
