Hi all....I have a NB Kolsch in the primary at 60*. The spec sheet states 1-2 weeks primary, 1-2 weeks cold secondary. What temp should I keep it at after racking to the secondary? Thanks

Don't even bother with the secondary, leave it for 4-5 weeks in the primary at 60f. You could let it come up to 70 or so for a diacetyl rest towards the end before you cold crash. It will benefit from some cold conditioning in the bottle/keg as well.
