What brew to throw on top of cali ale yeast

I would like to brew tomorrow, and have a nice yyeast cake i'd like to use. Any recommendations on what to throw on top of the cali? I have plenty of pale ale, and would like to try something else. To get an idea of what I have on hand check out my signature. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

That yeast will work with all sorts of stuff....but I'd go big since you know you have a ton of yeast. Do an IIPA, like Dude's Pliny Clone (see recipes)! Make sure you separate the trub from the yeast, though

Pretty much any American style beer, IPA, Brown ale, wheat, porter, Barley wine.

I did an oatmeal stout with cali ale and it came out pretty good. That's probably what my next brew is.

I have been thinking of a brown... I'd like to do one that's not very hoppy. Any recommendations?
