Should I bottle the beer before or after cold storage, would it hurt to bottle condition right after diacytl rest? My only problem is I don't currently have a glass carboy, should I get one?

After cold storage. After fermentation, which might take up to 3 weeks at 50F, raise the beer to 60-65 for 2 days. Then, drop to 32 (or as low as you can get it) and leave it for 2-4 weeks. Then bottle.

Glass isn't necessary. I don't use glass, but I also don't use buckets. Better Bottles.
