Looks pretty good, though I'm not familiar with Pacific Gem. I did something similar with my latest APA wrt hops using a Columbus/Cascade combo:
Columbus @ 60
Cascade @ 15
Columbus/Cascade @ 0
Columbus/Cascade @ dryhop
 
Pacific Gem are New Zealand organic hops they are supposed to be a good sub for any "C" hop .. they smell great kind of a blackberry aroma and really high 13% acid.
 
Looks good. I've got some good commnets on a few brews I've done with Nottingham dry.
