Gotta come up with a brew for an upcoming work crawfish boil. If it were just me and my "likes" I would go with an APA but I'd like to have something that the less IBU favoring crowd won't be offended by. Since I'm no style expert, it doesn't have to officially match a style, but I'd like to do something similar to an APA but maybe limit the IBU's to around 20-25 max. (Gotta have some bite to taste through the seasonings!)

I don't have a lot of time to search through tons and tons of recipe threads, so I figured maybe someone might know of a tried and established recipe that closely fits this description.

Anybody? Anybody? Beuller?

Oh, and thanks in advance!

One more requirement.........Extract or Extract + Grains........All-grain transition not completed yet
