Hey every1 My wife has been bugging me to try and make some cider. I saw the Vinoka kits but they are a li expensive anyone know of a goood recipe that can be made for a bit less. Really appreciate any help. Thanks

Thanks very much ordering some yeast now. Read the thread just wanted to thanks Edwort too ive been buying from Austin Home brew also and theyve been great but 3 dollars less for a bb is 3 dollars towards Kegging sooner.. Thanks again every1
Hey anyone know where i can find the corn sugar local ? None of the grocery stores sem to have it and i ordered yeast and no sugar duh. Thanks

If you would prefer a sweeter Apfelwein I've read that people have used brown sugar in replacement to corn sugar. And I'm pretty sure table sugar would be fine, when making beer it imparts a cidery flavor but I don't think this would matter... since you're going for that kind of flavor anyway
