NewB question. Any damage in Leaving beer in secondary for an extra two weeks

It depends (On a ton of factors). For instance, some people leave beer in a secondary for years, I have left beers in primary for years, I have also used no secondary at all for some beers. I wouldn't think two more weeks in secondary is going to hurt ANY kind of beer, if it's a wheat, it might clear a little more than "normal". This is too generic a question to answer without specific brew history.;)

I get this question a lot as well. What do you do when you go far past your designated target gravity?

Drops? Add some more malt extract or dextrose with yeast, etc.

Of course, kegging, ain't so much of an issue!
