First off, thank you very much to Brewmasters Warehouse for including the past date Wyeast 9097 Old ale blend that I ordered and replacing it with another yeast. But now, I need to find something good to use it for. First question, anybody use this yeast? How did it turn out? Second, I put together this quick recipe for it, and was wondering what you thought.

.5lb Carafa II
.5lb Vienna
.5lb Flaked Wheat
.25lb caramel 40
.25lb Chocolate Malt
1oz Nugget 12.5%AA Plugs (60min)
.5oz Horizon 11.9%AA Plugs (20min)
.5oz Horizon 11.9%AA Plugs (2min)
It's kind of a hoppy brown ale with brett? What do you think?
