Hey there. I'm brewing single hop IPA's in order to really learn hop characteristics. My first was a Nelson Sauvin IPA which was fantastic. I want to do Cascade next. Since hops vary in bitterness, I thought it best to get feedback on my recipe before I brew to make sure I'm putting together something that will accomplish what I'm after - which is highlight the hop in the beer. I'm fairly new to brewing with 50 gallons or so under my belt. Still doing extract for now since I just had twins a couple months ago...
thanks for any feedback!
