US-05 vs Imperial Independence.

Siason split in 1/2 the left is 05 right is Independence.

Please excuse me for not better explaining a "Siason" style Lite body beer rather then a to complex flavor to better understand the difference between the yeasts. So far completely different fermentation characteristics.
 
Have you tasted this yet? Just ordered some Imperial Independence for an IPA. I usually use 05 but wanted to switch it up.
 
i have a batch of Yooper's Hoppy Amber that I brewed with Independence dry hopping now. Taste's great at this point.
 
Yeah I think I prefer the Independence over O5 but it doesn't seem to flow out as much as 05. It stirs up quit easily when racking out of Fermentor.
