Does anyone have an extract recipe for this beer? I just had it for the first time last night in Ellicottville, NY, and holy hell it knocked my socks off, anyways was hoping to try and replicate this brew. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Kris

I believe there is a recipe in the BYO 250 recipe addition. Go to the BYO website and you should be able to buy the edition. Well worth the couple of bucks IMO.

I have found one that I believe is out of that magazine, but it is an all grain is there any way to convert this to an extract?

Yeah, you can just convert the base malt to extract. You multiply the number of pounds of base malt by .6 to get the DME equivalent and .8 to get the LME equivalent.

You might have to do some additional calculation for color, and maybe some hop adjustments for bitterness, but it should be close enough.
