Just like the title asked. The gravity has remained the same for the last 3 days. My only concern is I still have a good amount of stuff (yeast I hope, right?) floating on top. Should I wait a few more days for it to fall, or just avoid the floaties when I rack to my bottling bucket?

I don't really see much yeast on top. You're Kraussen has clearly dropped and you have a few yeast rafts kicking around. If the gravity hasn't changed in a few days then bottle it.
