I'm all about drinking beers fresh. This one was great at day 14 grain to glass. Kegging of course. Good and Refreshing!

5 lbs American Vienna
2 lbs American Wheat
1 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L
1 lb Flaked Corn (Maize)
1 lb Flaked Wheat
8 ozs Honey Malt
8 ozs Carafoam
(couple handfuls of rice hulls, just in case)
½ oz Cascade ~ pellet 3.2AA - 60 Minutes
½ oz Willamette ~ pellet 4.8AA - 60 Minutes
½ oz Cascade ~ pellet 3.2AA - 20 Minutes
½ oz Willamette ~ pellet 4.8AA - 20 Minutes
boil 1.5 ozs Dried Orange Peel, Sweet - 10 mins
½ oz Cascade ~ pellet 3.2AA - 5 Minutes
½ oz Willamette ~ pellet 4.8AA - 5 Minutes

Mashed at 154F for 60 minutes.
