I am planning to brew NB's John Q Adams extract kit using the Wyeast 2112 California Lager with a temp range of 58-68 degrees. Right now the coolest place in my house is a room in my basement which holds a consistent 67 degrees. Is this too close to the top end of the temp range to brew now? Sould I wait until it is cooler outside and the basement gets into the upper 50's/lower 60's?
