Belgian Tripel - "A" OG - 1.093 Fermentation start 01/20/12, bottled/keged this week as secondary, At bolting 1.022 (01/28/12) today 02/03 I am at 1020... tasty bastard, don't think it will make it to full age IBU- 29.5
Belgian Tripel - "B" OG - 1.122 (I goofed). Fermentation start 1/18/1012, Moved to Secondary 01/28/12, current gravity 1.042. I am thinking of pitching yeast again and nutrient here ! A bit to bitter, the IBU that was supposed to be 14.6, don't taste like it though.
What do you think, should pitch again with nutrient or just let it be ?
