It's transferred this into a secondary on Thursday and today (Saturday) notices this. I haven't seem yeast rafts before and wanted to confirm this wasn't an infection.

Co2 coming out of suspension.. Look very close and see if it's tiny, little bubbles. If so, that's what it is..

I don’t want to be the sounder of alarms, but they look like they are a little too puffed upward to be yeast rafts. Also, their colour is awfully white for yeast.

Are they fuzzy or bubbly?

Yeah, it sounds like it is fine then. Infections are fuzzy, not bubbly. :mug:

I had a system wide wild brett. infection once. Everything went orange and smelled like vomit.

Threw away all of my plastic fermenters. Picked it up airborne from the family apple orchid.

After that I kept my fermenters closed when the trees were bearing fruit.
