Hello Team
I have 10 gallons of Jamil's Robust Porter bubbling away. I want to make 5 gallons of it into a cherry porter. I will be using Oregon Puree. How much do you recommend per 5 gallons? I will be adding the puree to a secondary fermenter then racking the beer on top of the puree.
