While racking a 2.5 gallon Braggot, I managed to knocked the carboy on its side, completly aerating it to the point where there was a 2" head on it.
It tastes pretty damn good. Aeration has never been a problem, so I don't know what to expect. I've read that I should bottle/drink it soon, before off flavors show up. Others say it might actually be along with the style, and go with it
