Want to brew a holiday beer but due to time and the lack of equipment I want it to be an ale. I have never had a holiday ale so I was hoping for some help wit a good recipe for an extract brewer. Thnx.
 
Depends on what your looking for as there are plenty of takes on a holiday beer. I just did one for the wife that used 20% fresh cider and was spiced with/Ginger/cinnamon/vanilla beans.

That sounds interesting what recipe did you use for that?
 
I was just debating this earlier, if I were at home I'd link you to the chocolate peppermint stout I had decided to try. It sounds rather delicious for a winter brew!
