so i brewed up 2.25 gallons of dry stout OG 1.040 and i used danstar windsor for the first time. i brewed this late friday night and picthed the yeast at about 1 am saturday. when i got up saturday mornin it was like the yeast were listening to slayer and moshing around like a bunch of crazy a$$holes but no krausen just some bubbles on top that looked kinda like star san but big bubbles not the usual awsome layer that makes my pants alittle tighter when i see it. and today no visible activity and in case you read this Revvy i know that the yeast are still doin thier magic. just had to get that out there before he cyberkicked me in the face. i pitched at around 68-70F. is this normal for the yeast i used or is this some what of a normal thing for low gravity beers? thanks
