No bubbles in liquid

I did the same process as usual but after 2 weeks in bottles there is almost no gas/bubbles in the liquid.

What went wrong? Sugar? Process?

you mean you bottled beer as no gas and is flat?

What is your process? Priming sugar used and method of measuring the amount? How is priming solution added? How are you capping the bottles? Are you using twist off cap bottles? Is your bottle conditioning temperature cooler than normal?
