Golding Hops Question

I have a brew schedule lined up for the fall that includes 5 recipes that all call for Kent Golding for bittering. They are all from the Brewing Classic Styles book.

Because I need so many of the same hop, I want to order from Hops Direct but they don't have Kent Golding available.

Can I successfully substitute and what should I use??

My choices from them are:

U.S. Golding

First Gold (UK)

Styrian Golding

Which one would you go with and why? Thanks!

While there is a slight difference between US and UK Goldings, it's not enough to agonize over - substitute US for the real deal EKG.

Styrian Goldings are, despite the name, more closely related to Fuggles than to either US Goldings or EKG - they're earthy and a little spicy, perfectly at home in Belgian Ales, especially. I can't detect much of a difference between Styrian Goldings and Fuggles side by side, truthfully.

First Gold is an excellent UK bittering hop, from my understanding, though I've not used it myself.

A+ on First Gold, I just bought a pound from Hops Direct and will use these for all my English style beers.

I bought the US as a sub.

Good move, First Gold is a good hop, but it isn't a substitute for Goldings.
