I agree with Pooh. Especially with the extract, you run the risk of a too sweet beer with that much caramunich and honey malt. If you want to add color, try some Carafa...unhusked if you can get it.
 
#1 on munich, not caramunich. But I always used munich in a mash. Anyone want to weigh in on how well it would work steeped in this extract recipe?
