I need some help with this recipe. I have found all of the ingredients but I cant seem to locate the 2nd specialty grain. Am I just stupid or is their a grain called toasted 25L. Here is the recipe, any help is appreciated.

Ingredients:
6 lbs. Northwestern Pale liquid extract
1 lbs. Lagglander Pale dry extract
1/2 lbs. Crystal 40L
1/2 lbs. Toasted 25L
3 oz. Cascade (whole leaf) 5.5%, 60min (Partial Boil)
1 oz. Cascade (whole leaf) dry hop , one week
1 tsp. gypsum
1tsp Irish Moss
Wyeast London

could it possibly mean toasted pale malt? I think that would end up close to 25 lovibond. If so, take some plain 2 row and spread it on a cookiesheet/pan and put it in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. It will start to smell really good at the end and will turn a slight reddish color. I would recomend toasting it a week or so before you are ready to brew it as I have read there can be some off-flavors iff you do not let it sit for a bit.

Hope that helps. MMMMmmmm. I love anchor liberty. May have to try that someday myself as i can not get it around here.
