6.5# pils
1.0# 20L
18oz Raspberries
0.75oz EKG's (5.1%) 60min
2.0oz EKG's (5.1%) KO <140F
Mash @ 152F
OG 1040
85% Eff
This one was brewed up about 5-6wks ago, starting to drink it now and its quite tasty. Spicy/fruit yeasty phenolics with a noticeable raspberry flavor that is restrained but definately quite prominent. Very full feeling, which I believe a tiny bit of sugar would have helped with, in the future I think I'll add ~0.25-0.5# of sugar to the batch
Full write up if your interested is here
I'll try to post a pic of the beer when I get home tonight
