Mmmmmm... Beer.....

Number one is officially under my belt!!

I used the Brewer's Best Irish Stout Kit

I'm not sure if its because its my first and I'm a little biased but man this stuff is GREAT!!!!!!


I had to skip the bottles and go straight to the Corny... it was just too easy. Since I already had the C02 tank and fridge... it was relatively cheap

The second batch is already in the primary and bubbling away! I think I will bottle the second batch.. Don't know if the wife will let me keep buying Cornys for every batch

Thanks for all your help again ... All this Leeching has paid off! I will join soon.. have to let the wife cool down a bit after all this spending.. hehe
