hey so i've had a beer racked to secondary for about 3 weeks; i've been too busy to bottle it. Do i have to worry about there not being enough yeast to carbonate/condition the beer? there does not seem to be any sediment.

No worries. There's plenty of microscopic critters in suspension.

If you waited a year, I'd say add some yeast to the bottling bucket. But after three weeks, you're fine.
