Pilsner in glass for analysis...after 4 weeks in primary and d-rest, no off flavors and great flavor!!

Time really does clear all beers. :rockin:
 
Beautiful Saison, I'm about to brew one for late summer. What kind of temps did you ferment at?

Thanks! Started at 74° and ramped up to 80°. FG 1.008, would've liked just a little drier but I'm not complainin'. :)
 
It's a good barter agreement...I give you growlers here and there, you let me steal your laptop here and there...;)
