Im looking into getting an O2 setup and I was wondering how long are you all adding your O2 for.

I generally give it 90 seconds with the valve just open.

I open the valve until I can see bubbles rising, then back it off just a little, let it run for a minute or 2.
Sometimes 60 - 90, sometimes 90 - 120. I voted for the latter because it looked lonely with 0 votes. I also throttle the O2 bottle back so there is just a gentle dribble of bubbles.
