From my understanding, Camco elements have a non stainless steel base and can rust.

Does anyone know if Rheem elements, specifically their stainless line, have stainless steel bases or not, or what other brands/models are completely stainless including base?

I'm using rheem stainless and incolnel elements. The bases rust. Put in an anode and you're good. you can do them weldless easily, I did.

Ya, I was thinking immune to rust meaning that the element is completely stainless including the base and not just the element.

I have noticed that chromalox elments are completely stainless and ulwd but they have a WIDE selection(every type u can think of and more) and I am having difficulty finding which one would be best for brewing.
