Hello all. So I have been searching around a bit looking for a recipe to do after I move this Ferocious IPA to secondary. I would like to make something with a lot of punch, on the sweet side. By that I mean maybe not as sweet as say a Southern Tier Creme Brulee, but something probably way sweeter than some would consider "sweet". I have played around in beersmith, but as I am pretty new I am leery of going it on my own just yet.

So, in summary if anyone could help me out and post recipes that fit that bill, that would be great! I have in my mind something like a christmas ale style, just with an ABV of over 8.5, that I can finish quickly by using all my active cake, with enough sweetness that the wife can drink. (She drinks wines like moscato...)
