Well, forget what I said before...this is your problem. By not boiling you are leaving a ton of coagulable protein in your beer which will be difficult to get rid of and is what causes your chill haze.reco said:i dont do a boil i make it for extract

If you're worried your brew looks "nasty" in front of your friends you can serve your beer out of ceramic mugs...you can't see it...
