Hi, if anyone's been keeping track, I was planning to do an all-grain double wit but I realized that brewing it while I still had the last all extract version still fermenting would be kind of stupid. So I figured a good fruit beer would be kind of nice. I averaged a bunch of fruit beer recipes off beertools.com and ended up with this mess:
1 3/4 lbs 2-row
1 2/4 lbs Wheat LME
1 lbs Wheat malt
1 lbs Light LME
3/4 lbs Honey
2/4 lbs Wheat DME
1/4 lbs Extra Light DME
1/4 lbs amber dme
1/4 lbs amber lme
Which I tried to simplify to all-grain:
3.5 lbs Pale 2-Row
1 lb Carapils
3.5 lbs Wheat Malt
0.75 lbs Honey
3 oz Crystal 60L
Do that look right? Maybe if someone has beersmith they could check it for me? Thanks...
