I brewed a Munich Dunkel and had doubled the recipe to 10 gallons and forgot to double the bittering hops. OOPS!! How can I correct this. Its currently in secondary.

Well, you could always boil up some hop tea with a little bit of DME in the mix, maybe a half gallon of water or so.
Or, you could taste it and see if it's good. If so, then just call it good as is. Heck, that's what I'd do (because I'm lazy like that)
