As winter whines down and warm weather is around the corner I need to plan for the summer ahead. I will be a rotation of Witbiers and Saisons and want to add a little more zest ;) If I had to choose from Bloody, Cara Cara and Navel, which one should I go with and what is a reasonable quantity?

The flavor is up to you, Seville is the classic orange peel used for wits, but it can be tough to find. I've used navel and other eating/juicing oranges with fine results though (zest a few, smell and decide what character you want in your beer).
