I have a 6 gallon batch of both Plum and Crab Apple. I would like to force carbonate 5 g's of each. What would you recommend for a pressure for these and would you use a beer gun to bottle after wards or is there a better method of dispensing into bottle that could be used for beer also. Ive heard that the counter pressure fillers are hard to use.
