I made a starter with 2206 yesterday. Today, no activity. I'm about to start brewing a Bock that starter is for.
Even though it was shipped with a gel pack, it was kind of warm on arrival. A pack of Wyeast 3638 in the same box worked fine.
I'm wondering if the warm shipment hurt the 2206.
Or, am I just worrying about nothing?
