pretty as a picture

Wish I knew how to get pictures from my new phone to post online. The kolsch I had was just like some of the shots you guys have posted. Crystal clear, with a gorgeous effervescence of bubbles rising to the creamy, lacy head.

It started out early on a little wangy, but now six months later is coming into it's own. I didn't think I'd make another one of this style, but now I'm thinking of getting another one made this summer.

Life is good.

Yeah, Kolsch will bennefit from a lager time. BTW, try posting your smart-phone pictures on sites like Picasa and then link them to here. That's what I do most of he time and it works well for me.
