Well, not sure quite what the weather is doing up here in Kalamazoo, but the calendar says that it's almost time for spring. I want to be prepared with a nice brew that will get me through all of the heat that's headed our way, and rye is what I want.
I haven't tried a rye saison yet, but I've quickly been falling in love with rye IPA's, especially Red's RyePA from Founder's. Needless to say, I want to ingest more rye beer as soon as possible.
PLEASE send me your rye IPA/CDA or saison recipes! I brew extract, 2.5/3 gallon boils tops. I will be forever grateful and will let you know how the brew turns out.
