I have a couple lbs each of Biscuit/Victory and Aromatic malts that I'd like to use up. I have never brewed with either of them, so I don't really know what they work well in.

I also have a couple of oz. of Fuggles that are looking for a beer to call home.

So... any suggestions?

From the Wiki: Biscuit Malt: Used for English Ales, Brown Ales and Porters. It's a start...

8 pounds pale
1 pound biscuit
1 pound aromatic
1/2 pound C80
1 oz fuggles at 60
1 oz fuggles at 5
<Insert Yeast Here> I would use WLP023 to bring some esthers to the party
Mash for medium body (152-154) depending on yeast strain

This would be a tasty little amber ale with a nice toasty/malty flavor.....

Those ingredients could also be used in a belgian dubbel. Pilsner, biscuit, aromatic, dark crystal, and sugar. Use your favorite belgian yeast and viola.

Going to shoot for something like this with some leftover grain/hops. Have some EKG's too. May dry-hop.

Wanted a bit more bitterness so I'm going 1.5oz fuggles at 60, 0.5oz. fuggles at 20, dry hop with 0.75oz EKG's.

Probably use a rehydrated dry ale yeast due to monetary concerns.

I've used biscuit in ambers several times and enjoyed the outcome, also I think I used both of those malts in a strong scotch ale, but its been an age since I brewed it, so I'd have to find the recipe if you have interest in that sort of thing.
