Currently my brewpartner and I do dual batches of all grain on same day. I was wondering if making a keggle out of a pony keg, will boil 6.5 gallons, as will make process much quicker, also recently aquired a turkey fryer, a 5 gallon got cooler. Right now, we share 1 brews worth of equiptment, which is better, 16 gallon keggle, and 48 quart cooler with a manifold. We have a smaller square cooler for hlt for his brews, and I batch sparge. Even with 2 burners and 2 kegs, we will have to share the wort cooler.
