At the end of the boil of a AHS American IPA I found 4 pecans that dropped off my tree. don't know how long they were in there. I know there is nothing I can do at this point. I just pitched my starter and put it in my fermintation chamber. Any idea what kind of flavor it will impart. Its a good thing I like pecans.

I think I have named my brewery.

Pecan Drop Brewery!!!!!!!!!!!!

May not be a sign from the Gods but, it is a sign from the pecan trees that cover my yard.

Pecans are a oily nut so that may effect your head retention.

I like the Pecan Porters I have tasted and have been wanting to make one.
