Hi.
Im trying to convert my own Imperial Stout recipe to Imperial Milk Stout recipe (Im going to add some rally good coffee to it and maybe some cocoa powder also). I've: reduced the amount of roasted grains, the amount of hops and added some flaked oats to it. It's going to be big, massive and complex.

Batch size: 10l/2,5gallons, Boiling volume: 16l.
Est. OG: 1.103, est. FG: 1.026 (OG will go down, because of the coffee, maybe to 1.095) Bitterness: est. 130ebu, color 145ebc.

Malt and sugars:
67% Pale Ale malt
5,5% Oats, Flaked
5% Roasted Barley
5% Chocolate Malt
5% Lactose/Milk Sugar (added during boiling)
4% Cara60l
2,5% Carapils
2,5% Flaked Barley
1,8% CarafaIII
1,8% Special B

Hops:

60min 70ebu from Magnum, 1oz
45min 20ebu from Chinook, 0,35oz
30min 25ebu from Columbus, 0,5oz
15min 7ebu from Fuggles, 0,9oz
0min 3ebu from Fuggles, 0,7oz

Other:

0,5l Coffee at flameout
50g of 99% Cocoapowder to secondary
(If needed I might add some cold steeped coffee to secondary also.)

Yeast: Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale Yeast, with 2l starter. (I also have some S04 just in case).

So any feedback about the recipe or thoughts about the coffee and cocoa powder.
