i'll be doing just my 3rd all grain this weekend, figured a nice IPA of some sort. i have done two all grain kits before this i have 10lbs of 2-row, 1lb of Munich, 1lbs of Vienna and 1lb of crystal 20L. i have Warrior, Centennial, Cascade and other hops to pick from, i'm not so much worried about the hops, but about the grain bill. so those with way more experience then i...what do you think

10lb 2-row
1lb Crystal 20L
1lb Vienna or 1lb Munich (or some combo 1/2lb or each?)

what temp to mash at? 150?

anyway, thats my question thanks in advance.

I don't like crystal in my IPAs, but certainly some do. I'd do a grainbill of 2-row and munich and hop it up!

For an APA, you could use 1/2 pound of crystal, the vienna, and the 2-row. That would be a nice grainbill for that.

sweet, might give it a try, thanks!
